With the Braces mouthguard, Shock Doctor has finally brought a means onto the market to guarantee optimal protection for athletes with braces. A mouthguard is particularly recommended for wearers of braces due to the increased risk of injury to the lip area in the event of blows or impacts. Shock Doctor Braces offers effective protection against the lips bursting from the inside. The mouthguard is made of soft rubber material and does not have to be adjusted in warm water but is ready for use immediately after unpacking. Due to its flexibility, it adapts well to the brackets and thus reduces the possible risk of injury - but it does not sit as tightly on the upper jaw. The face mask is available in children's and adult sizes (approx. from 11 years of age). Attention, the dental insurance offered on the cover is unfortunately only valid for citizens of the USA!ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE: The mouth guards are welded airtight for reasons of hygiene – Unfortunately, we can no longer exchange mouthguards where this seal has been broken or damaged.
