Please note that only new, unworn and unwashed items can be returned. The test can be carried out at home as in a shop. Looking and trying on is completely fine (except for hygiene items such as tooth protectors etc.)

In practice, we can offer you the following procedure, whether you handle the return in this way is of course up to you - we would prefer if you chose the procedure described below - The right of withdrawal remains of course unaffected



free return (for buyers from Germany) within 30 days after arrival of the goods without exchange - !!! does not apply to forwarding goods !!!

 

An article doesn't fit or you don't like it? No matter, you can return it within 30 days of arrival without any problems - it is sufficient if you let us know within this time or send the goods - we will refund the corresponding amount immediately.

Free returns can only be used once per order, so we have to charge for each additional use of this service!

The return of freight forwarding goods is always at the expense of the buyer. We are happy to organize this transport for you at a price of 90 euros.

Exchange

 

After receiving the goods, you noticed that the item doesn't fit, you don't like it or or... no problem as long as it has no signs of wear and an existing seal hasn't been sealed!
If you want it to go fast, you can return the item within the first 30 days of receipt of the goods, as under "free returns" described, send it back free of charge (only for returns from Germany) and simply order the new item in the shop - we will then refund the corresponding amount after the goods have arrived.

Step 3: Bring the package to the post office and send it back to us with sufficient postage if the value of the goods is less than €59.00 - if the value of the goods is more than €59.00; you can create a free return label here (click here, only for returns from D) - we will then send you the exchange item.

If you do not have a printer available, you are welcome to enclose a handwritten note. The order number and your contact details are important to us.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please note that we unfortunately have to send back any goods you have returned that do not meet the above requirements at your expense.


 

Return/exchange from other European countries

Revocation instructions and model revocation form for consumers

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for distance contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery than the have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods if it is an order from Germany that can be sent by post, the return of freight forwarding goods or goods from abroad must be organized and paid for by the buyer himself (see return instructions) .. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
