This thumb bandage stabilizes the base of the thumb and saddle joint and thus avoids painful movements. The integrated aluminum splint provides additional support. This thumb brace helps reduce pain due to overuse or injury. It is particularly suitable when only the thumb is to be immobilized and the fingers and wrist are to remain free to move. The unique CoolPrene® material helps to reduce swelling and accelerate healing.

Indications (area of use) of the 563CA thumb bandage:
- De Quervain's Sympthom (player's thumb)
- Thumb sprains
- Injuries in the thumb joint, such as a torn collateral ligament or a strain (ski thumb)
- thumb joint arthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis (inflammatory disease of the
 - thumb joint)
- prevention of further injuries
- immobilization of the thumb joint
< br>Washing instructions for the thumb bandage from LP Support:
- hand wash with cold water and mild soap
- wash out thoroughly
- then air dry at room temperature
- do not wash in the washing machine
- do not use the Drying the tumble dryer
