The knee brace offers high compression on the muscles close to the joint thanks to the 7 mm thick neoprene. How is it measured? Circumference at the center of the knee in cm, with the knee slightly bent

29-31 = XXS
31-33 = XS
33-35 = S
35-37 = M
37-40 = L
40-43 = XL
43-46 = XXL

If in doubt, always choose the smaller size.
For CrossFit and weightlifting where the knee bandage is regularly worn under heavy loads, choose one size smaller.
