As an MMAer with a focus on Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, these pants particularly convinced me. It actually combines the most important properties of both areas - it is quite short for MMA shorts and allows more legroom due to its cut, but does not slip in ground combat and is made of more stable material than Thai shorts. It has an elastic waistband (like Thai shorts) and is attached with a Velcro fastener and 2 cords (like MMA shorts).
Personally, I can recommend these shorts to anyone looking for a good all-rounder!
