Hydra XTREMEN for the ultimate hydra workout. Train either with the medium (9kg) or heavy (12kg) resistances or combine both resistance bands and train XTREME (21kg).
Hydra is the ideal device for increasing general fitness. It makes full-body exercises like bearcrawls, snakewalks or burpees more difficult. No external anchor point is required, as all resistance bands converge on the abdominal belt and thus offer full flexibility of movement.
It can improve the sport-specific performance for martial artists as well as for every goalkeeper, handball player or basketball player. The device is suitable for individual training and makes any movement of the extremities against the trunk more difficult. Hydra is also ideal for additional training at home or when travelling.
