Regardless of whether you are a pro or an amateur athlete, the Throwdown® Catapult is the ideal solution to grind in your techniques with increasing counter-movements. Improving the increase in speed during short sprints, increasing explosive power and speed endurance are no longer a problem. The person exercising can adjust it to its size, put it on safely and close it without slipping. The second end of the strap is attached to the hand strap with another carabiner. This should be attached to a secure anchor point and the training can begin
