The Core shorts are designed with subtlety and simplicity in mind, with an emphasis on an athletic cut, quality materials and impeccable construction. The core shorts are designed for grappling, no gi and MMA training and any athletic activity. They are loose fitting and have an elasticated waist. It is therefore recommended to wear tight underwear such as our Vale Tudo shorts.
They adjust to size but are quite stretchy. So if you're between sizes, order the smaller size and it should fit you perfectly.
