With the new Throwdown Wrestling Dummy 2.0, takedowns and other throwing techniques such as suplex or foot sweeps can be trained hard and close to the competition, without taking the risk of injuring a training partner. The Wrestling Dummy is also suitable for practicing choke and hold handles from BJJ, Grappling or Luta Livre.

The Throwdown Legged Grappling Dummy is available in 3 different sizes. This means that athletes with a body weight of 90 kg and more now have an adequate grappling dummy for their drills.

Suitable for many martial arts, e.g. Grappling, BJJ, Judo, Luta LIvre, Vale Tudo, Muay-Thai and much more.

A Gi jacket size A3 (not included) is suitable for practicing throwing and choking techniques in the Gi.
