The Throwdown Slam Ball is the ultimate weight ball for core and functional workouts. The PVC-coated fitness ball is filled with steel sand and has a flexible surface. This makes it more difficult to hold or throw the ball and makes the training a real challenge, even for trained fitness fans.

Throwdown Slam Balls are available in five different weights and thus enable targeted use, depending on the fitness level. Thanks to the innovative throwdown color coding, the slam balls are easier to distinguish from one another.

In contrast to conventional slam balls, throwdown slam balls have a structured surface for improved grip.

The combination of sand filling and yielding surface prevent rolling during power slams and at the same time make it difficult to hold or throw.
