The Throwdown Battleropes Anaconda is a swing rope to increase coordination, strength and endurance. It is suitable for beginners as well as advanced users, because the exercises can be performed at different speeds depending on the level of performance. Due to the wave-like movements, Battlerope training is easy on the joints.

Anacondas are available in three versions for beginners and advanced rope swingers. Basically, the longer the rope or the larger the diameter, the higher the weight.
