The black cast weight plates from Proteus are made of 100% cast iron and have embossed weight information and three grip holes. The discs are offered in six different weight levels. They are available in 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg and can be attached to almost all common weight bars such as dumbbells, barbells, SZ bars and other bars with the bore of 30/31mm. The type of closure is irrelevant, the discs from Proteus can be attached with all closures.
