These medicine balls are designed to be thrown. The Escape Vert Balls are a fantastic addition to small group athletic training and PT sessions when clients are looking to strengthen their muscles, not just tire them out.The oversize promotes good posture while the core is working and the shoulder girdle is aligned in one line for throwing and catching. The soft foam materials reduce the risk of injury during speed training.
All balls have the same diameter (350 mm), no matter how heavy they are. The VertBall is made of a colorful durable material that is easy to care for and wipe clean. The filling consists of rubber chips, so that the ball is dimensionally stable. The weight is extremely accurate thanks to the rubber granules that are cast and then compressed by hand.
The protective, softer outer layer has a cushioning effect on impact, which conventional rubber balls do not offer.
