29-31 = XXS
31-33 = XS
33-35 = S
35 -37 = M
37-40 = L
40-43 = XL
43-46 = XXL

If in doubt, always choose the smaller size.
For athletes, for those the knee bandage is worn regularly (3x per week), choose one size smaller.
