The Superband supports you in lifting your body weight, no matter what fitness level you are at. It is just as suitable for stretching exercises, before and after training, or for mobility training, for example resistance running.
The red and green bands have less resistance and give less support. The bands in black and blue give you more support because they have a higher resistance. The orange bands offer the most support as they have the greatest resistance.
