The yellow powerband MINI has the lowest resistance and is therefore ideal for beginners and for activating muscles and warming up. Ideal for activating and strengthening the shoulder muscles.

For beginners, ideal in combination with a green powerband MINI and a red powerband MAX- for advanced users in combination with a green and blue powerband MINI and one of the powerband MAX.
