UNO and DUO versions offer the same training programs and achieve the same results Results. The DUO allows you to train both sides of the body (e.g. both shoulders, both thighs etc.) at the same time, saving you time.

Once you select your training program and muscle group in the app, it will show you where to place the electrodes. Use the app to start your training session. Increase the intensity (+) until you feel tingling in your muscles. Then you can further increase the resistance until you get a comfortable muscle contraction. EMS shouldn't be painful. If the muscle contraction becomes uncomfortable, you can reduce the intensity (-) or stop the training with just one click.
