The Boxdummy Kickfight will be your new sparring partner who never tires and forgives every full contact. With this dummy you can train all punching and kicking techniques without the risk of injury for a sparring partner. The optimal basic and preparatory training for sparring.
The torso consists of a special foam mixture that has excellent durability and a very realistic kick and hit feeling.
- The height of the torso can be adjusted in 3 stages, max. height approx. 180 cm, minimum height 158 cm
- The base has four extra notches so that the free-standing punching bag can be moved back and forth even after it has been filled.
- We recommend filling it with sand or gravel for a firm footing. Please do not use water.
