Recommended intake: Drink 1 ampoule (60 ml) 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach and before training. Shake vigorously for a few seconds before use. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Ingredients: water, free amino acids (BCAA) (3.3% L-leucine, 1, 67% L-valine, 1.67% L-isoleucine), 2.5% L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, acidity regulator citric acid, sodium citrate flavoring, 0.4% collagen hydrolyzate, thickening agent sodium carboxymethylcellulose emulsifier lecithins (from Soy)- preservative sorbic acid- sweetener acesulfame K, sucralose, cyclamate- cyanocobalamin vitamin B12, pyridoxine hydrochloride vitamin B6, coloring: carotene, carmine, riboflavins (for orange flavor). Note: The product must not be taken during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or by children. Sediments can form, but these have no influence on the product quality or product properties
