The spacer serves as a spacer between the two slings and is attached by clamping the two ropes. Another axis is created during use, which enables even more intensive training and easy handling of the sling trainer.

Safety instructions for using the spacer:
The spacer must be placed straight (horizontally) between the two slings will. The rope of the sling trainer is to be pulled into the cutout of the spacer and under no circumstances should it be pressed. The linch pins must be used to secure the ropes.
