Traditional Japanese training device for hardening the edges of the hand made of wood. Ideal for hit practice with hand and foot strikes. The exercise on the makiwara trains precision, posture, strength and endurance as well as the concentration of the karateka.

Pickguard with stable foam padding under a robust synthetic leather cover. The Makiwara is simply attached to the wall using two dowel hooks (mounting material is not included).
