The protectors are made of permanently elastic, bandage-like fabric and also offer a support effect. An approx. 10mm thick foam padding on the problem areas reduces the risk of bruising during martial arts training. The knee pads are made of skin-friendly cotton material and can be washed at 30 degrees.
