A simple, brutal core workout. Our stylish and compact sled has two movable push bars that can be attached to either end of the sled for quick and easy changes of direction. There are grommets in the pull area to attach the Escape Speed Resistor.The functional, slim design of the sled takes up less space in use and storage. The pull area allows the sled to be used not only for pushing but also for pulling.
Bar for adding weights and increased resistance.
