The innovative tool for your boxing training. With the Eizo Reflex Punching Ball you can now immediately develop maximum precision, speed, reflexes and combinations and more. The rapidly rotating rotating bar is made of padded stainless steel and rotates after impact.
The target on the pole is made of padded steel and the speedball above the spring is made of dense molded foam. This makes it ideal for all punches, heels and combinations.

Installation is quick- simply fill the base with approximately 110kg of water or sand and the punching bag is ready to use. Suction cups ensure maximum stability on the ground.
