The structures close to the joints, which are responsible for good balance and serve as a protective corset around the joints, can be excellently trained on the balance board. The training can be increased further depending on the level of ability.

Examples of exercise variants:
Training on both legs
* Let the ball circle around the body
* Throw the ball up and catch it again
* Throw the ball back and forth with a wall or partner
* Bouncing the ball on the floor
* Bouncing the ball on the floor while bending your knees (like trying to sit on a
 -  - chair)
* Close your eyes
One-legged training < br>* Draw an eight with the leg hovering in the air (big 8/ small 8)
* Write a word with the leg hovering in the air
* Stretch out the leg hovering in the air * standing scales * and much more < br>
