The Venum reflex ball is a unique and lightweight training tool and allows you to improve coordination and the precision of your shots. Little used a few years ago, athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko have made the ball so popular that it can be found in the training bags of almost every professional boxer.
The concept is simple: a rubber ball on an elastic band is connected to one wrapped around the head rubber band connected. The ball is controlled by the intensity and direction of the shots. The use of the reflex ball does not require any other accessories and is therefore very easy to use, regardless of the training location!
The reflex ball can be used without any additional accessories and can therefore be used at any location.
The reflex ball set contains two rubber balls on rubber bands with different levels of resistance to train reflexes and coordination in the best possible way. The headband is adjustable and elastic.
