The Air disc from tiguar is extremely versatile. Whether for your strength and balance training or in the rehabilitation and therapy area, in stool gymnastics or as a wobbly cushion in the office, it hardly gets more individual. One side of the air cushion has a smooth surface, the other has nubs. In order for the cushion to have a long service life, it should not be walked on with shoes, as this would also destroy the stimulating nub effect for the feet.
