Power Gripper - professional hand trainer The Power Gripper is more suitable for optimal training of your crushing grip than any other training device. And a strong crushing grip is a decisive advantage in many sports . Squeeze the Power Gripper against the resistance of the springs. This will strengthen your crushing grip. Workout settings range from 45 to 350 lbs. The  - is 9" high, 12" long and 1" wide. It weighs 0.8 kg. The adjustable gripper is made entirely of cast aluminium. During production, the gripper is also subjected to a very careful surface treatment and powder-sealed.
