Standing punching bag with a total height of approx. 180 cm (38 cm foot, 142 cm punching bag)
Ideal for training both high and low kicks. Especially as a replacement if you cannot attach sandbags to your premises.
The weight base can be filled with gravel or sand and weighs approx. 100 kg when filled.The punching bag consists of a stable inner tube with approx. 15 cm of shock-absorbing padding All around.
