OLIVER PrimePump neoprene barbell set.
Here you have everything complete: bar, weight plates and spring clips - decide for yourself which weight you want to equip your PrimePump barbell with.
The additional plus of the weight plates are the two symmetrical interventions, they can can also be used as individual weights.

This set contains the following weight discs with a 28 mm bore:
2 x 0.5 kg blue
2 x 1.0 kg yellow
2 x 2.0 kg red
2 x 4.0 kg green
1 barbell (approx. 1 kg), length 130 cm and 2 spring clip fasteners.

The scope of delivery includes a 16-page exercise brochure with 23 exercises.
