In the case of more severe wrist injuries or acute wrist disorders, the joint often has to be immobilized. The orthosis securely immobilizes the joint in a neutral position. When open, it is pulled on like a glove (without putting any strain on the joint). With the help of the two Velcro straps, the bandage is closed and the joint is immobilised. A 16cm long aluminum spoon (can be removed and adjusted) and two stabilizing rails on each side prevent unwanted joint movements. Very breathable fabric for comfortable, long-term wear. The freedom of movement of the fingers is largely retained.

Indications:
Severe wrist sprains (distortions), dislocations and ligament ruptures, tendovaginitis, tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, postoperatively after fractures.
