Due to the relatively light weight of the Lightweight Punching Bag, even soft blows get this punching bag moving quickly and thus ensure a vigorous endurance workout. This punching bag is made of black polyester fabric and has the 4-point nylon straps suspension with metal eyelets, which provide more stability and at the same time reduce noise during punching training than a conventional chain suspension. The Lightweight Punching Bag is filled with textiles and is a controlled scanned bag (electronically checked for metal objects).
